Can I exchange the harness if it doesn’t fit?
You most certainly can! We offer a 30 day reconsideration period, this period starts at arrival. Exchanging will not cost you anything. If you wish to indeed exchange your harness, please contact us at: email@example.com
Can I receive a refund?
Of course, we are only happy if you are happy. Also for refunds we offer a 30 day reconsideration period which commences at arrival. If you wish to receive a refund, contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please inform us in detail why you wish to receive a refund, also include a picture if necessary.
What if my harness malfunctions at some point?
Our No Pull Harness is designed to last a lifetime. Therefore we offer all our customers a lifetime warranty. At any point you can exchange it or just receive a refund. You can do so by contacting us at: email@example.com
When will I receive my refund?
Your money will be deposited on your bank account within 10 business days.
Why did I not receive my refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
